Leaving Hayward High was kinda hard for me since I made so many friends and did so much stuff there that I didn’t want to leave behind, like sports, but people would just say “Oh, well, you can do it at your new school”, but it’s not the same since it’s not the same friends or coaches who have seen me grow my skills, or seen me improve on myself as a person.

It’s hard to transfer to a different school, not because of how much stuff I have, but the amount of the time I spent with everyone, it kinda sounds like, I’m graduating, and I feel like I’m a senior spending their last days in high school, which makes me laugh a bit, but also sad, because I guess this is how some seniors feel when leaving high school, even though I still have 2 years, maybe 1, depending on when this article is published. The whole process of moving feels so complicated since I have to pack all my stuff, and it’s weird since this is my third time moving, and I thought it would be my last one.
Honestly, in my other two times that I moved, this is the saddest one I’ve had so far. I’m quite nervous for myself too, moving wasn’t this hard for me before, but I guess that makes sense since I’m now older and with this new school that I’m moving to, I have a lot more stuff now. I thought I would stay forever here at Hayward, so I bought a lot of stuff and collections, and now I have to pack them back up, disassemble them, and reassemble them at the new house. I kinda wish I spent more time with my friends, like going out with them and playing more video games since I haven’t been on much but I’m quite grateful I met them all and did sports with some of them, since without them I wouldn’t have the confidence I have today and in sports, but I will say that I will miss everyone and my teachers especially Mr Peterson since he was an awesome teacher I was able to talk about history with.
